• Full Name: is kept in database to deliver payments to it's users such as Regular Users, Boosters & Coaches. After the last payment to any such individual, if at least 2 years has passed, this information will be removed.

• Age: this type of information is used for the Booster & Coach recruitment process and will be deleted 3 years after the time they were collected.

• Languages: this type of information is used for the Booster & Coach recruitment process and will be deleted 3 years after the time they were collected.
• Log-in Status Information: this type of information is collected to identify the logged in user during any of the activities he/she may be performing on our website in order to detect possible harmful and unwanted activities. Information relating to that will be removed from our systems 3 years after they were created.

8. Is Your Personal Data Shared

We may sometimes have to share your personal data partly or fully with third parties such as payment gateway providers, database/server storage companies and marketing partners.

However, in cases where an individual makes a repetitive set of requests, an amount of fee determined by the ELOBOOSTLAND managment may be required the sender to compensate due to the unnecessary action of keeping our staff busy.

Even though %95+ of all the requests should be concluded in less than a month, in cases where the requested types of information is more complex, this process may take up to three months.
