GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The General Terms and Conditions specifies the terms of use of the website as well as the rights of them for the Users. The website administration is the Global Gamer Solutions OÜ, which is the owner of the ELOBOOSTLAND.EU, will be referred as ELOBOOSTLAND from thereon.
  2. ELOBOOSTLAND manages and runs the process of sale of digital services such as Boosting & Coaching as well as account sales.
  3. The website allows it's users to execute transactions in between.
  4. ELOBOOSTLAND does not purchase any service nor product of any type from it's users, it instead enables the transaction to be viable on the platform in between it's users.

Definitions:

ELOBOOSTLAND - Referring to the Global Gamer Solutions OÜ with it's registered office in:

Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Valge tn 13, 11415 - Estonia

Account - Referring to a regular user account which is created via the register form on the website. Once created, grants the owner with the full functionality of the website and the services it offers.

Solo Boosting Services - It is the type of service which the service provider(the Booster in that case) logs into the in-game account of the customer and fulfill the agreed advancement.

Duo Boosting Services - It is the type of service which the service provider(the Booster in that case) logs into one of his/her account/accounts and play duo queue with the customer to fulfill the agreed rank progress delivery.

Digital Goods - Referring to goods which are not physical and thus touchable. Digital Goods represent things that can be owned by their buyers. ELOBOOSTLAND offers types of Digital Goods such as; League of Legends accounts, Teamfight Tactics accounts and Valorant accounts.

User - An individual who is able to perform transactions of goods or services on the website.

Guest Account - The type of user account created automatically by the ELOBOOSTLAND systems in cases where it is required and the necessary consent from the user is given in cases such as; when the user does not have any registered accounts on the website but still chooses to proceed to product purchase as a guest, etc.

Seller - An individual of any type who does provide either digital services or goods such as; Elo Boosting, Coaching or Account Selling.

Selling Users - An individual of any type who does provide digital goods such as; League of Legends accounts, Teamfight Tactics accounts or Valorant accounts.

Newsletter Subscriber - Any individual who can subscribe or have subscribed to the ELOBOOSTLAND newsletter by using any one of the forms on the website.

Service Provider - Represents the ELOBOOSTLAND managment team.

Website - The internet address which is accessible via eloboostland.eu

Elo/MMR Boosting - Is a virtual service which has types such as Solo or Duo. It's general life cycle starts with the purchase and ends as the desired/purchased rank/MMR has been reached or the purchased amount of wins/placement matches are fulfilled. The process of service delivery is about increasing the customer's account's rank/MMR division by division or getting the purchased number of wins one by one until the purchased final point is acquired.

Elo Booster - An individual who delivers the Elo/MMR Boosting services in games such as; League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics and Valorant.

Coaching - Is a virtual service which includes information/experience and valuable tactics delivery from the Coach to the Customer as well as the Customer's current skill level analysis and valuable improvement key points delivery. The service is fulfilled when the purchased number of hours of coaching with the selected specifications are provided.

Coach - Is the individual who delivers the Coaching virtual service who is skilled/experienced on the game that is the subject of matter at expert level.

Account Shop - Is the marketplace which the accounts from games such as; League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Valorant can be sold from one User to another. ELOBOOSTLAND doesn't sell any accounts nor purchase any from it's users or to it's users. The ELOBOOSTLAND only enables the option for it's users to make transactions of digital goods, services and money via the online website.

1. Applicability and Validity of the General Terms of Service

1.1 The User and the Seller Users agree to all the conditions under this General Terms of Service with all it's obligations.

1.2 Users of any type who interacts with the ELOBOOSTLAND or any of the services it provides in direct or indirect ways are obliged to be eligible to sign legally binding contracts. If the user is somehow not able to sign contracts due to reasons such as; age restrictions, country regulations, regional regulations are asked to immediately stop all and any services that are offered at or by the ELOBOOSTLAND in direct and indirect ways. If the user is acting on behalf of a third party individual, all the parties must have agreed to be bound by the terms of service conditions.

1.3 The ELOBOOSTLAND has the right to make changes, removals, additions and alterations to particular sections or the whole of this General Terms of Service at any given point without noticing any of the Users. It is the Users' sole responsibility to stay up-to-date with the changing terms and conditions of this contract.

1.4 All the parties such as the Customer, User, Selling User, Booster, Coach, ELOBOOSTLAND do handle the communication electronically. This electronical type of communication can be either by the website live chat, email or other types of electronical communication channels.

2. Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright to the Website

2.1 All the contents, texts, images or any part that you can see/use or interact with are as a whole representing a multimedia artistic work and are fully protected under copyright law. You are not allowed to take/modify/use any part of it in any way without the written and legally valid permission/approval of the Service Provider/ELOBOOSTLAND.

2.2 The user doesn't be granted any rights besides the ones that are stated under this General Terms of Conditions from this contract between User and the Service Provider or the User and the Seller User.

2.3 This website is only accessible via the internet address: eloboostland.eu for any users.

2.4 ELOBOOSTLAND is in no way endorsed by, affiliated/associated with Riot Games Inc.

2.5 ELOBOOSTLAND claims no ownership of the copyrights or intellectual properties of anyone, all the copyrights and the intellectual properties belong to their respective owners.

3. Registration, User Account, Guest Account

3.1 To register a user account, the user is obliged to provide information such as email address, full name, password, etc. Before the registration, the User has enough time to become familiar with all the terms and conditions under his website.

3.2 In case any User chooses to make a purchase on the website without a registered or logged account, the user is assumed to have given tacit consent for the creation of a guest account for him/her and the purchased order to be linked to.

3.3 In case the purchase on the website was made with Guest Account option, the User Account will automatically be created and sent to the purchaser User via his/her e-mail address in electronic form with all the required information for him/her to be able to access to his/her account.

3.4 The ELOBOOSTLAND has the right to suspend or entirely remove any User's account in case of breach of General Terms of Service without the obligation of User's permission or without the obligation to inform the user about the issue. In case the deleted/removed User Account had any balance in it, it can be frozen or considered managment fee based on a decision that is solely left to ELOBOOSTLAND managment team.

4. Usage of this Website

4.1 In order to use most of the website's functionalities, you are not required to have registered a User Account. At most sections of the website, there is informative text about how you can use the services offered on the website, also the structure of the content is designed in a clear way thus everyone can see/understand and use them. Additionally, the ELOBOOSTLAND managment team will provide help about the usage of the website in case of any need for it. For the usage of services such as contact form submits, job application submits, registration form, password reset form, purchased order functionality access and so on...

4.2 The Service Provider has the right to start special or general types of promotions and discounts. This type of event takes effect instantly as the changes to the website are made and doesn't require direct Users informal.

4.3 The Service Provider may send electronic messages via sending an e-mail to: support@eloboostland.eu or other communication channels about matters such as; commercial content, web-site new features, order related issues, things that consider the User and so on...

4.4 The Service Provider has the right to offer special discounts for selected Users and do not have any obligation to make this clear or make an announcement of it.

4.5 The User is obliged to keep his/her account protected and inaccessible from/to others. It is a direct breach of this General Terms of Service contract to share willingly or unwillingly his/her account with any other given individual. No Users are allowed to have multiple User accounts.

5. Compliance With Laws

5.1 During the registration or the direct/indirect usage of this website or any of the services offered on it, the user is declared to have agreed to this very General Terms of Service as a whole. If the user is in any way and for any given reason not solely and completely eligible/able to execute a such contract. The User is immediately stop the usage of this website and any of the services offered on it in both direct and indirect ways and delete/forget/do not make use of any information that he/she may have collected during the usage of the website and/or it's services.

5.2 Service Provider is not obliged to check/verify if the User is an individual who is able/eligible to sign/execute legally binding agreements/contracts.

5.3 If you fail to meet the demands under the '5. Compliance With Laws', the Service Provider has the right to immediately, all at once and without any announcement nor informating the user declaring/cancelling/terminating this contract without the need of approval of anyone else nor any other side. If any type of investments/purchases/spending were made until that point via the website, the Service Provider is not obliged to return or compensate this amount in no forms. The remaining balance or purchased order costs are considered managment fee in case there are any.

6. Order/Service Purchases on the Website

6.1 The User/Customer has the right to purchase Virtual Services such as Boosting & Coaching or Virtual Goods such as; League of Legends Accounts, Teamfight Tactics Accounts, Valorant Accounts, etc. For that, the User must have read and entirely agreed on this General Terms of Service.

6.2 The User has the right to make the purchase stated in 6.1 as either a registered/logged user or a guest user.

6.3 If the User purchases the order as a guest, the Service Provider automatically creates the User Account and links the purchased order to it. After that, the relevant User Account credentials are delivered to the User via electronic communication channels such as e-mail.

6.4 The Customers(Users) are individuals who are willing to purchase services and goods such as Boosting, Coaching and game accounts.

6.5 After the purchase, the customer is obliged to provide the required information.

6.5.1 If the purchased order is a Solo Boosting type of order, the Customer is obliged to provide his/her in-game account credentials(username and password).

6.5.2 If the purchased order is a Duo Boosting order, the Customer is obliged to provide Summoner Name information.

6.5.3 If the purchased order is a Game Account, the User will be delivered the account credentials. After that, the promised Virtual Good delivery will be considered complete.

6.5.4 After the purchase of a Boosting or Coaching order, the Customer has the right to request his/her order to be assigned to a specific Booster or Coach. The Booster/Coach has the right to decline that. If a Customer requests a Booster/Coach and the Booster/Coach declines this request. The purchased order gets listed on the 'Unclaimed Orders' list for the Boosters and the Coaches to see and pick them. In case the Booster/Coach declines the order request, the Customer does not have any rights to request any refunds not in full nor in part.

6.6 After purchasing any type of order, the Customer will have access to areas in his/her Customer/User dashboard which will grant his/her the needed abilities to have his/her order fulfilled as promised.

7. Order Delivery Lifecycle, Customer - Service Provider Obligations and Rights

7.1 This contract between the Customer and the Service Provider remains valid until the purchased Virtual Service(Either Boosting or Coaching) is delivered or the Virtual Goods(Game Accounts) are transferred to the purchaser.

7.1.1 If the Customer purchased a Division Boosting service, the purchased order is complete when the Customer has been reached to his/her purchased rank/division.

7.1.2 If the Customer purchased a Net Wins/Win Boosting service(a type of service which progresses are made by wins taken on the Customer's account), the purchased order is complete when the purchased number of net wins are delivered to the Customer.

7.1.3 If the customr purchased a Placement Matches service(a type of service which the progresses are made by placement games played on Customer's account), the purchased order is complete when the purchased number of placement matches are delivered.

7.1.4 If the customer purchased a Champion Mastery Boosting service, until the purchased Champion Mastery will be reached.

7.1.5 If the customer purchased a Coaching service, the contract will be valid until the purchased number of hours of coaching is served.

7.1.6 If the customer purchased an in-game account such as; League of Legends account, Teamfight Tactics account, Valorant account; the contract remains valid until the given warranty period expires.

7.1.7 If the purchased order doesn't get completed until the end of the season, ELOBOOSTLAND reserves the right to deduct the amount referring to the amount of progress that is had on the service and put the rest on the User Account Balance.

7.2 If the customer doesn't provide required order information, doesn't contact the booster/coach/account seller or keep the order paused for more than 100 days, the Service Provider can terminate this contract all alone and consider any balance or order payment as managment fee and delete the user account with the order in it and make no refunds.

7.2.1 The Service Provider has the right to terminate this contract in instant manner without any need of approval of the opposing party of the contract or the need to inform the opposing party of the contract in case the User/Customer does break/breach the terms of this Terms of Service.

7.2.2 If the Customer/User gets detected to be intentionally feeding, abusing his position, being toxic to the booster/coach or the managment team, the Service Provider may terminate this contract all alone in instant manner.

7.2.3 This contract may be terminated by the Service Provider all alone if the User/Customer is detected to perform fraudlent activities including but not limited to; private deals to our service providers or contacting our service providers outside of the provided communication channels by the ELOBOOSTLAND, giving invalid/inaccurate information either to Booster/Coaches or administration.

7.2.4 In case the Service Provider terminates this contract, any remaining credit will be counted as administration fee.

7.3 The customer accepts that if the purchased service type is Win Boosting, in case the number of wins purchased is x, every win taken is -1 to this amount while every lose taken is +1. An exception to that is when the Customer's account is on promotions. In promotions, loses taken do not be counted as +1 to this amount unless the promos are lost by the booster.

7.3.1 The booster is allowed to dodge games during a Win Boosting service. However, if the number of LPs lost does exceed the limit of 10 LPs due to the dodges that the Booster has done, then, the Booster delivers an extra win as compensation.

7.4 If the customer's account gains less than 13 LPs per win in a Boosting service, the Booster/Service Provider has the right to convert the order into a Win Boosting service. Alternatively, the Customer can pay an extra 40% of the total order price to keep the order going the same way.

7.4.1 If the customer's KDA is lower than 1.9 in any given Duo Boosting service, we reserve the right to conver the Customer's order into a Solo Boosting order without making partial or full any refunds at all about the price paid for the Duo Boosting service. The Customer KDA consideration gets made based on at minimum 5 games' or greater number of games' average.

7.4.2 If the customer's account gains less than 28 LPs per win in a TFT Boostin gservice, the Booster/Service Provider has the right to convert the order to a Win Boosting service. In case the Customer pays an additional 40% over the initial purchase price of the order, the order may be kept going as it is.

7.5 The customer is obliged to pay the difference if he/she causes any backwards progress on the order that the Booster is actively working on.

7.5.1 The Service Provider may pause the order if the Customer has played and lost any ranked games during a Boosting order or his/her account gains less than 13 LPs per win. The Service Provider has the right to keep the order paused until the difference in price is covered by the Customer.

7.5.2 The Service Provider may convert the order after calculating the difference in price based on how less LP Customer's account gets.

7.5.3 During a Win Boosting service, the Customer is not restricted from playing any game modes.

7.5.4 During any Division Boosting service, the Customer is not restricted to play any game modes except for the one that is the same as the purchased order's one.

7.6 The Service Provider guarantees a minimum of 70% win rate in placement matches. If the Booster performs at a lower win rate than 70%, for every 10% that is underperformed from the minimum guaranteed percentage(70%), the booster provides 1 net win(win boost) free of charge.

7.6.1 During a placement matches service, you have to select the rank of the last season. If you was Unranked at the last season, then you must select the Unranked option.

7.6.2 If the customer's account's MMR is so much higher than the selected last season rank(more than 1 division), then the Customer is obliged to pay the difference. The Service Provider may pause the order until the difference in price is paid.

7.7 When a digital service such as Boosting & Coaching is complete, the Service Provider will inform the Customer via electronic communication channels such as; e-mail, etc.

7.7.1 The Customer has the right to claim that the services which are claimed to be delivered are not delivered. In such case, the Customer must contact the ELOBOOSTLAND managment team via either the direct chat on the website, via e-mail or other communication channels. The ELOBOOSTLAND managment team will investigate the issue and put in effort to sort it out.

7.7.2 The Service Provider has the right to mark any type of order as complete/fulfilled/delivered in case the Customer doesn't say anything for longer than 3 days after the order was marked as Complete, when the customer doesn't connect his/her account for more than 100 days.

7.7.3 The Customer is obliged to change the password of his/her account in case this information was delivered to the Service Provider in any form/way. The ELOBOOSTLAND does not take any responsibility in possible trouble the Customer may encounter due to the fact he/she didn't change his/her account's password.

7.8 The transfer of a Virtual Good such as League of Legends account, Teamfight Tactics account or Valorant account is marked complete when the Service Provider deliveres a valid account to the Customer and the Customer does not create any complains during this stage.

8. Refund & Chargeback Policy in Elo Boosting Services

8.1 The customer can not receive a refund after any of the Boosters are assigned to his/her order and the service has started. In case due to any type of reason, the service has not been fulfilled the way it was agreed on, the Service Provider may add your unused credit to your Account Balance. The Service Provider doesn't alter/terminate your Account Balance amount.

8.2 The customer can not create any claims/complaints after an order has been assigned to a Booster or has been completed. Any complaints created by the Customer is a direct breach of this Terms of Service and in such case the Customer may choose to close the claim or the Service Provider may choose to set an amount between the original order price or three times this amount as a fee that the customer must pay. In case the Customer fails to close the claim or pay the price in compensation, he/she accepts the full liability in a court as determined by the European Trade Laws.

8.3 The customer can request a refund in case his/her Boosting order has not been assigned to any Booster nor started after 1 week from it's purchase. The customer can make the request for a refund by contacting the administration via communication channels such as; e-mail: support@eloboostland.eu, website direct chat or contact form on the website. One exception to that is when the customer has not accessed his/her account or kept his/her order paused for more than 100 days.

8.3.1 The customer accepts that in case a refund is asked, the Service Provider will apply administration fees on the originally paid amount. After the administration fee is subtracted, the remaining amount will be refunded. The administration fee is determined in sole discretion of the Service Provider with the must of it to not be any less than 10% of the original purchase amount and no more than 20% of it.

8.3.2 After a refund is requested, the Service Provider will process this in 14 days after the request is made.

8.3.3 In case of a refund request, if there would be any intermediate payment transfer fees being applied during the refund, the Service Provider will subtract the required amount of fees for the transfer of the refund as well and after that, the remaining amount will be received by the Customer.

8.4 The customer accepts that, in case he/she receives a refund/chargeback after the agreed service is started/completed, the Service Provider will send a debt collector agency and the customer will compensate all the required amount for the delivered order price and the debt collector agency costs along with the unforeseen costs totally.

9. Refund / Chargeback Policy in Coaching

9.1 The customer can not receive a refund after any of the Coaches are assigned to his/her order and the service has started. In case due to any type of reason, the service has not been fulfilled the way it was agreed on, the Service Provider may add your unused credit to your Account Balance. The Service Provider doesn't alter/terminate your Account Balance amount.

9.2 The customer can not create any claims/complaints after an order has been assigned to a Coach or has been completed. Any complaints created by the Customer is a direct breach of this Terms of Service and in such case the Customer may choose to close the claim or the Service Provider may choose to set an amount between the original order price or three times this amount as a fee that the customer must pay. In case the Customer fails to close the claim or pay the price in compensation, he/she accepts the full liability in a court as determined by the European Trade Laws.

9.3 The customer can request a refund in case his/her Coaching order has not been assigned to any Coach nor started after 1 week from it's purchase. The customer can make the request for a refund by contacting the administration via communication channels such as; e-mail: support@eloboostland.eu, website direct chat or contact form on the website. One exception to that is when the customer has not accessed his/her account or kept his/her order paused for more than 100 days.

9.3.1 The customer accepts that in case a refund is asked, the Service Provider will apply administration fees on the originally paid amount. After the administration fee is subtracted, the remaining amount will be refunded. The administration fee is determined in sole discretion of the Service Provider with the must of it to not be any less than 10% of the original purchase amount and no more than 20% of it.

9.3.2 After a refund is requested, the Service Provider will process this in 14 days after the request is made.

10. Refund / Chargeback Policy in Game Account Sales

10.1 The customer can not receive a refund after an account matching the purchased Virtual Good(Game Account) qualifications has been delivered to you and you have received the credentials of that account(it's username and password), you are no longer eligible to receive a refund.

10.2 The customer can not create any claims/complaints after an account has been transferred to the customer(it's credentials are provided). Any complaints created by the Customer is a direct breach of this Terms of Service and in such case the Customer may choose to close the claim or the Service Provider may choose to set an amount between the original order price or three times this amount as a fee that the customer must pay. In case the Customer fails to close the claim or pay the price in compensation, he/she accepts the full liability in a court as determined by the European Trade Laws.

10.3 The customer can request a refund in case his/her purchased game account is not delivered after 1 week from it's purchase. The customer can make the request for a refund by contacting the administration via communication channels such as; e-mail: support@eloboostland.eu, website direct chat or contact form on the website. One exception to that is when the customer remains unaccessible/unreachable or the customer does intentionally not claim his/her account for more than 100 days.

10.3.1 The customer accepts that in case a refund is asked, the Service Provider will apply administration fees on the originally paid amount. After the administration fee is subtracted, the remaining amount will be refunded. The administration fee is determined in sole discretion of the Service Provider with the must of it to not be any less than 10% of the original purchase amount and no more than 20% of it.

10.3.2 After a refund is requested, the Service Provider will process this in 14 days after the request is made.

10.3.3 In case of a refund request, if there would be any intermediate payment transfer fees being applied during the refund, the Service Provider will subtract the required amount of fees for the transfer of the refund as well and after that, the remaining amount will be received by the Customer.

10.4 The customer accepts that, in case he/she receives a refund/chargeback after the agreed account is delivered, the Service Provider will send a debt collector agency and the customer will compensate all the required amount for the delivered account price and the debt collector agency costs along with the unforeseen costs totally.

11. Complains

11.1 The customer may complain/create complains about the service delivered to him/her.

11.2 The customer has the right to file a complaint in case the purchased service is not provided at all or not in the way it was promised.

11.3 In case the customer wants to file a complaint, he/she can use the contact from on the website, contact us via the live chat on the web-site or send an e-mail to us via: support@eloboostland.eu including information about the issue he/she has witnessed.

11.4 All the files complaints will be investigated and answered in 14 days from the complaint filing.

11.5 In case the Service Provider doesn't resolve the complaint, it doesn't mean that the Service Provider agrees with the Customer.

12. The Role of ELOBOOSTLAND/WEBSITE

12.1 The ELOBOOSTLAND does not take any parts in communications or legal bindings made inbetween it's users/Boosters/Coaches.

12.2 The ELOBOOSTLAND doesn't provide any guarantees for the truthfulness and accuracy of any of the information provided on the website by it's users.

12.3 The ELOBOOSTLAND is not liable for any of such events as; when any given data on the website contradicts with the reality, when any data uploaded by the users are not reliable, when any of it's users are not able to sign/fulfill contracts.

12.4 The ELOBOOSTLAND does not take any part in between the legal disputes made between it's users, the Service Provider can not be asked to take part in either side of the parties in such event.

12.5 The ELOBOOSTLAND can not be kept responsible for educational or behaivorial problems being caused by it's users. It's users' addiction to computer games and illegal activities are not the type of concerns that the ELOBOOSTLAND can be kept responsible of. The ELOBOOSTLAND can not be kept responsible in case any of the Customer's both on-site and in-game accounts are suspended or banned, any such event doesn't grant the Customer the right to request or ask of any types of full nor partial refunds from both the other Users or the ELOBOOSTLAND.

12.6 The ELOBOOSTLAND may without the need of prior notice of the User, cease this contract or any other contracts signed in between in cases where the actions that are taken or caused by the Customer/Users are against the law or contradicts with it.

13. Liability of ELOBOOSTLAND

13.1 The Service Provider can not be kept responsible for inproperly or illegally used web-site sections/components and functionalities. The Service Provider is only provides the website and the functionaities that are built in it, the way they are going to be used is at the whole decision and liability of the relevant user.

13.2 The Service Provider is not liable against these possible cases;

  • Any problems or IT system issues which are not working/functioning properly/optimally
  • Inability to access to the website at all due to reasons not caused by the Service Provider such as; terrorism, hacker attack, wars, server room fires, natural disasters, etc.
  • A damage being caused by one user to another via an illegal use of the website or it's functionalities.
  • Contradiction with laws, malicious aims or omissions of any given user.
  • The User's mail server to reject the e-mails being sent by our systems(due to securirty filters, spam filters, etc).

13.3 The Service Provider is not liable due to damage caused by any third party software used by it's users.

13.4 The Service Provider is not liable for the damage that may be caused due to the User's mail servers blocking e-mails which are sent by our systems.

13.5 The Service Provider will try to notify it's Users in case of any updates/ temporary interruptions on the service unless the event occurs in sudden manner or out of control and intention.

13.6 The Service Provider is not liable due to damage caused by User's website account credentials being stolen by third parties due to reason such as user inproper security measures, lack of antivirus programmes, etc.

14. Website Usage Termination

14.1 In case the user makes, causes or takes part in any illegal activities inside or outside of the website, the Service Provider has the right to terminate the User's access to the website and all it's functionalities in instant manner and all at once.

14.2 The Service Provider has the right to terminate the User's usage of the website specificly incases such as;

15. Finals
